Dalcroze Eurhythmics Exam Practice Materials - Subscription Package

Looking for new ways to practice and prepare for Dalcroze exams? Introducing Dalcroze Canada’s Exam Practice Materials – a series of online recordings that simulate sections of the DEIEB Rhythmics and Aural Training exams at the Foundation, Intermediate and Certificate levels. Produced by our Dalcroze Canada Teaching Faculty, these practice materials are designed to help Dalcroze Professional Certification students continue independent studies in-between training courses and workshops, which have been limited due to these unprecedented times.

How It Works

Step 1 – Choose your Subscription Package

Rhythmics Only -  6 sets of practice materials delivered bi-monthly. Each set of materials will contain a selection of elements from the following:

• Changing Speed • Relative tempo • Rhythmic Ostinato • Complementary Rhythm • Meter Quick Response • Rhythmic Dictation • Rhythm Canon

Aural Training Only - 6 sets of practice materials delivered bi-monthly. Each set of materials will contain a selection of elements from the following:

• Melody Sing Back • Melodic Dictations • Harmonic Dictations • 2 Voice Dictations

Complete Set (Rhythmics and Aural) - Each month will alternate between a set of Rhythmics and Aural Training practice materials for 12 months

Step 2 – Choose Your Level of Study

• Foundation, Intermediate and Certificate level packages are available
• Packages are customizable to match your current training needs -- ie. if you completed your Intermediate Rhythmics exams but not the Intermediate Aural Training exams, you may select the
• Certificate Rhythmics and Intermediate Aural Training packages

Note: Only one set of Rhythmics and/or Aural Training practice materials can be ordered per subscription year per person. For example, if you subscribe to the Intermediate Rhythmics materials, you will not be able to purchase the Foundation nor Certificate Rhythmics packages for that subscription year.

Step 3 – Create Your YouTube Account

All exam practice materials will be available via Dalcroze Canada’s Private YouTube Channel. To access the materials, you must have a YouTube account with a valid email address.

Step 4 – Join Dalcroze Canada

• Subscription packages are available to Dalcroze Canada members in good standing. For your convenience, all pricing will include a one-year membership to Dalcroze Canada.
• Membership levels available: Regular, Patron (includes donation receipt) and Student (Full-time, with valid student ID)
• Membership runs for the calendar year (January 1st to December 31st)

*Late subscribers will receive the same subscription package as current subscribers. For example, if you subscribe to the Complete Set in March, you will receive immediate access to all of the currently released content. All practice materials will be accessible until December 31 regardless of when you subscribe.
